Clydebuilt, from Glasgow to the stars

Clydebuilt cubesats!

Clydebuilt - a term synonymous with precision engineering from the Glasgow shipyards, but perhaps now can be used to refer to the growing number of 'cubesat' satellites being built by AAC Clyde Space in Finnieston, Glasgow, and heading to space...

I recently visited AAC Clyde Space , along with colleague Simeon Kerr, to photograph for the Financial Times, and to see the satellites being built within view of the River Clyde.

Not everyday you get up close with Glasgow-built satellites, really fascinating to see them, to hear of their uses and how they operate.
